How We Process

On‑device first: For supported languages/models,
transcription runs locally.

Optional cloud features: If enabled (e.g., enhanced
summaries or diarization), minimal necessary data is sent securely
to our processors and deleted after the request completes.

No sale of data: We do not sell or rent your data.
Retention
- On‑device content stays until you delete it.

Cloud‑processed data is not stored beyond processing unless you
choose to save results.
Your Rights

Export or delete your data at any time from within the app or by
contacting support.

Third‑Party Processors
When cloud features are enabled, we may use established providers for
transcription or summarisation who meet or exceed industry privacy
standards (e.g., GDPR/SOC2).
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
Acceptable Use
- Obtain consent before recording where required by law.

Do not misuse the app (e.g., unlawful, infringing, or harmful
activity).

Do not attempt to circumvent security or reverse engineer the
service.
Subscriptions & Billing

Payments are handled by Apple. Subscriptions auto‑renew unless
cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds follow App Store policy.
Disclaimers
We strive for high accuracy but do not guarantee error‑free
transcriptions or summaries. The app is provided “as is” without
warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the
app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes
acceptance.
